Why Prepreg & Autoclave

• Maximum properties — Prepreg targets ~35% resin (vs. ~50%+ in hand layups) for higher strength and lower brittleness.
• Uniform & repeatable — Pressure + heat cure minimizes voids and yields consistent thickness and fit.
• Show-grade cosmetics — Tight, symmetric 2×2 twill under UV-stable Satin or Gloss clear.
