Permanently fix Tesla Model S door handles. In cooperation with Electrified Garage, we offer a comprehensive
rebuild kit that addresses the common failure points without the costly Gen 3 retrofit and calibration.

Why these fail

• Brittle paddle/gear — Early cast parts crack at the pivot/retainer boss.
• Harness fatigue — Repeated motion and sharp bends stress the in-handle wiring.
• Obsolete assemblies — Gen 1/2 handles are no longer supported; retrofits are expensive.

Our solution

• Heavier-gauge silicone harness — Braided insulation with integrated strain relief and molded microswitch ends.
• Machined stainless paddle/gear — Stronger than cast; resists hub/boss fracture.
• OE Panasonic microswitches — Reliable actuation and longevity.
• Complete hardware pack — Push nuts, vapor-barrier retainers, and door-panel clips to finish the job.
