If your Model 3 makes a clicking or popping noise when making a turn, especially under light throttle, there is a good chance one of the front CV axle shafts is worn. Replacing the halfshaft restores smooth, quiet power delivery from the front drive unit to the wheels.

Fully seat the inboard joint into the front drive unit until the retaining ring engages, and torque all fasteners to Tesla specifications. After installation, verify there is no binding at full steering lock and that the boots are not twisted.
