  1. Verify customer concern (test trigger TPMS, look for embedded hazards, etc..). Insert hearing and eye protection, gather tools and parts/TPMS sensors.
  2. Use inner valve core removal tool to untwist valve core from stem, letting out all air from tire
  3. Move wheel near removal press. Ensure you do not pinch the TPMS sensor during next step:
  4. Place clamp on outer portion of tire, use far right pedal to start the press. Make sure it presses far enough to move the tire into the center groove of wheel. Repeat on opposite side.
  5. Once a gap has developed between the wheel and tire, move the 4 clamps on top of station inwards, in preparation to clamp the wheel in place.
  6. Make sure all edge of wheel are ready to clamp (not getting up on something). Clamp the wheel so it is securely in place. Use the safety lock to lock the center of the wheel in place.
  7. Rotate the wheel so that the TPMS sensor is opposite of the “duck head”.
  8. Move the duckhead onto the wheel, use the 24″ iron to grab under tire and feel for the center groove with the tip of iron. Then peel the tire over the duckhead and leave the iron in your hand. Rotate the tire to remove from wheel.
