The Tesla Roadster stock halogen headlights are dim, bordering on unsafe for night time driving. LED technology has advanced enormously and this conversion results in over 250% brighter headlights, longer service life, illuminating the night time roadway and improving visibility.
Our modification includes perfectly matched load resistors which emulate the headlight amperage draw characteristics expected by the Roadster firmware to eliminate fault reporting.

The lumens generated by these LED Drivers is over twice what the stock Roadster Halogen lamps deliver.
This upgrade is not a plug and play conversion. Our EV Technicians modify the existing headlights to accept these LED Lamps. The Tesla Roadster firmware is looking for a certain current load matching the less efficient Halogen bulbs, so we modify the Headlights by installing load resistors in the car to match the current draw expected by the firmware.
