This is an unusual Roadster opportunity because most Tesla Roadsters at this price point are typically bricked, meaning they cannot drive at all and often cannot even be moved under their own power. This car is different. It is functional, runs, drives, and operates, but it has a known limitation caused by the battery pack. This Roadster is equipped with a first-generation Roadster 3.0 / R80 battery pack. These early R80 battery packs are known for a power-decline condition where the car becomes severely limited in output. As a result, this car no longer behaves like the quick, exhilarating Tesla Roadster experience enthusiasts expect.
