I purchased this Roadster in January 2022 from its original owner in Texas. Its history includes a personal connection to the factory: the original owner flew there to personally select the carbon fiber pieces and watch the car being assembled.
In 2024, I had the visible carbon fiber top stripped and refinished and replaced the hood vanes and rear spoiler with new carbon fiber pieces, refreshing some of the car’s most distinctive exterior details.
Significant electronics work was also completed in 2024, including a Level Two refurbishment of the Power Electronics Module (PEM), a firmware update, and repair of the Charge Input Circuit (CIC). The work included replacement of the fan Molex connector, fan female connector, 15 capacitors, and 84 insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).
Also in 2024, I added a Kenwood touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, bringing modern connectivity to the cabin.
Continued attention to the car in late 2025 included a dual PEM fan retrofit and a Tesla annual service, rounding out the recent work on its appearance, electronics, and maintenance.
