This unique Roadster was the last one to roll off the assembly line in the USA, billed as the “Last Standard Production Roadster”.  The occasion was commemorated with Elon autographing the PEM. This car was snapped up by a savvy investor realizing the first and last of any production car is going to be highly sought after. We were very honored to have been chosen by this customer to resolve an ESS Battery Pack issue.  The Roadster traveled cross-country from Florida to our Phoenix AZ Service Center, and is now also going through our extensive Power Electronics Module (PEM) rebuild and upgrade, which resolves all known engineering problems, and replaces all wear components in this vital drive train assembly. While we had this Roadster up on the lift for the battery pull, we realized of the 100+ Roadsters we have serviced, this is the absolute cleanest one we have ever seen, inside, outside, and in all the normally hidden areas like the battery cavity.  The car has never seen rain, is stored in a temperature controlled environment, and as a result, looks exactly like the day it came off the assembly line.  We were in awe, and got a rare opportunity to document, with high quality images, a detailed recording of what a brand new Roadster would have looked like. We posted some of these images on social media which generated quite a buzz, and the overwhelming question was, “Is this Roadster for sale?”.  The answer we gave repeatedly was, “No, the owner is a collector and knows what he has”. When I passed this intense interest in his car on to the owner, and mentioned we have a Roadster Collector Edition section on our website with unique Roadsters like Signature VIN #5 for sale at “collector pricing”, he surprised me by agreeing to list this one-of Roadster VIN 1459 for sale, at the right price.  After all, a true collector is far more interested in snagging a one-of rare object, than focusing on the entry price of an appreciating asset.  In that spirit, we offer this fine car at $1.5M.
