Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Tesla and EV platforms
• Work on early Tesla Roadsters and modern Tesla S3XY vehicles
• Identify safety concerns and service recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and quality
• Use company-provided laptops and advanced diagnostic tools
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide feedback to engineering and technical teams to improve processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills (meters, scopes, laptop-based diagnostics)
• Familiarity with modern automotive systems and repair tools
• ASE certifications a plus
• Section 609 Refrigerant Certification preferred
• Safety-first mindset and strong time management skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, web-based tools)
• Full set of automotive tools (ability to expand as needed)
• Valid driver’s license & insurable
• Pass background check

Tool vendors (Snap-On, MAC, Mac-Co, GearWrench, Cornwall) visit weekly.
