Purchased from Japan in 2022, this is one of around 50 cars ever delivered to the Japanese market. This Roadster came through auction as a grade 5/A vehicle, a quality standard normally reserved for new cars. It is immaculate.
The Roadster was just fitted with XPEL PPF all over in 2021 at an estimated cost of £2,000 in Japan, and the paperwork is there to support that. The result is a very shiny paintwork finish which is easy to keep clean and protected from minor scuffs or chips that would otherwise occur from driving.
The paintwork is flawless overall, and the interior is also incredibly clean.
Since I have owned the vehicle, I have completed the preventive maintenance task of replacing all the rivets on all 11 sheets of the ESS pack with nuts and bolts — a roughly £5,000 task in terms of labor.
The Roadster has a very healthy and balanced battery and drives superbly without fault.
