| The seller says he bought this from Tesla at the factory in Fremont after they moved over from San Carlos where it was built. It was a CPO trade in 2012 and he bought it in July 2013 with 15k miles on it. Tesla went through all Certified Pre-Owned cars with a fine tooth comb before sale, and did the CPO work and record in September 2013. This Roadster came off the line in 2010 as a 2011 2.5 and then Tesla upgraded it to a 2.5 Sport, but did not insert the rear badging denoting it as a “Sport” version. The seller drove it a bit more earlier during ownership, but it doesn’t get much use these days and sits in the garage (it has been garage kept its whole life). It has been serviced routinely at Tesla Palo Alto, Tesla Burlingame and once in Fremont. |
