When this Roadster customer showed up at our shop a couple of years ago with a beautiful camper, towing a Sterling Silver Roadster, on the nicest aluminum trailer we have ever seen, all of us were drooling. My first thought was, here is a Tesla Roadster fan, that has combined the ultimate dream of retirement, traveling the country with the finest driving machine available at a moments notice.  Stops at KOA style campgrounds while enjoying the USA, allowed not only camper hookups, but 240 VAC fuel for the Roadster.  We all said, “What a cool way to retire”. This retirement dream package is now being offered for sale, and is an incredible bargain in my opinion.  For an additional amount, the matching the Mercedes Sprinter motorhome (in matching silver/grey colors) can be included making this an inclusive retirement ready package.

Original MSRP= $127,745 (original window sticker provided with sale). Factory Options Exterior: Metallic paint, Paint armor. Factory Options Interior: Premium seats and Infotainment group. Factory Options Performance: Forged aluminum wheels. Factory Options Charging: 110 and 240 Volt cords. Body color hardtop (now carbon fiber wrapped which is removable if original body color is desired) Solar guard windshield. #1151 was purchased by current owner, with 8000 miles showing, in 2018. After a thorough checkup by Gruber Motors, it was loaded on the custom aluminum trailer (included in sale) and toured the US from coast to coast and from southern to northern border and now shows 16032 miles, It toured next to Bison in the Dakotas, through Utah’s breathtaking parks, Mount Rushmore, Southern CA beach towns, and attended a wedding in South Carolina. In Central PA, it cruised next to Amish horse and buggies for maximum contrast. During this US tour, behind our Mercedes Sprinter motorhome, It also made two range mode trips of over 200 miles at 210 and 218. At time of purchase by current owner, #1151 had one major upgrade, an Alpine iLX-007 infotainment/camera system  that easily accesses all functions of the newest iPhones. Current owner also installed Tesla OEM carbon fiber door sills (provided by Gruber Motors) and had the emblems and hard top carbon fiber wrapped. When wrapping the hard top, we also did the inside area where the soft trim panel is held by three screws; this reduces hard top removal/installation from a seven screw to a four screw operation! The original three screw soft panel is also included with sale, but you will probably prefer the aesthetics and ease of use of the interior carbon trim. Additionally the original Yokohama tires were replaced at 12000 miles with four Continental DWS06 tires (in the Roadster Sport size at front). As subsequent pictures show, the trailer comes equipped with two mounted spare tires (one front, one rear) which really helped when we suffered a puncture in one of the original Yokohamas at Mount Rushmore. We also carried a small scissors jack and lug wrench that are included in the sale. Additional emergency items we carried were two new water pumps and a new PEM/Motor fan assembly, both also included in the sale. Due to family health issues, the seller is motivated! He would even consider offering for sale the Mercedes Sprinter motorhome (in matching silver/grey colors), if it would facilitate the sale of #1151 to a good home. Additionally, seller would consider delivery at cost.
